Relax; panicking over where to purchase your Fair Button is silly. You can get your button at the fair grounds at the main entrance. With the $4 purchase of your Fair Button your name will be put into a drawing to receive any number of fabulous prizes that are awarded every single night of the fair!  Or...beat the crowds and buy your Fair Button in advance for only $3 at Legacy Bank locations ALLL over Wichita, or the Sedgwick County Extention Office at 21st and Ridge Rd.  In Cheney, Fair Buttons are available at Citizen's State Bank, D'Mario's Pizza, Robinson's Hardware and Jim's Foodliner.

"I wanna ride it again!"

EVERY NIGHT-

Of course you do! Who wouldn't want to ride the rides twice, if not more? That's why purchasing a bracelet makes so much sense! If you want to get the awesome bracelet but you don't feel like spending $20, you should get the $5 off coupon and come on Wednesday or Thursday night. The coupons for both nights can be found in the Times Sentinel, West Side Story or the Jim's Foodliner Grocery Circular in Cheney (check the weekly ad flyer for Jim's Foodliner the week of the Fair-those coupons are good both nights). Just remember, please, rides before food. This is one time that going in alphabetical order might not make that best sense.

"Holding your breath for 8 seconds."

FRIDAY NIGHT-

Can you believe it?? The Cowboys are tougher, the bulls are badder and there's even a Beer Garden with special seating for the over 21 crowd. You can purchase your advance tickets online or at Robinson's Hardware, Citizens State Bank, and D'Mario's Pizza in Cheney, Whte's Foodliner in Kingman and at all Legacy Bank locations in Wichita or online at www.OurCountyFair.com  and at the Fair Office the week of the Fair. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for kids between 6-10 in Advance, $12 for adults and $10 at the Gate, and children the age of 5 and under get in for free.

"Wondering where your neighbors' hunk of junk went?"

SATURDAY NIGHT-

If you bring your driving teenage children out to the Demo Derby, you can say, "Watch this. This is how NOT to drive..." The rest you can just adlib. You can purchase your tickets on line or at D'Mario's Pizza, Robinson's Hardware and Citizen's Sate Bank in Cheney, at the Extension Office and Legacy Banks in Wicita and at the Fair Office during the week of the Fair. If you get your tickets in Advance they are $8 for adults and $6 for kids. At the gate the tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for kids. (PS - Here's a Sedgwick County Fair Secret: The fair office, at the front gate of the fairgrounds sells advance tickets up until the grandstand opens... come early, this event sells out!)
